The journey begins with a short drive across the bridge from Okinawa Main Island to Sesoko Island, where you can enjoy the scenery along the way.

Take a stroll through the vibrant edible flower fields, “living jewels created by nature.” Every morning, the owner, Jun, practices “Purifying Light Breathing,”
and in the evening, he meditates. If you’re interested, he’ll be happy to teach you.
Pick your own seasonal flowers, such as violas, nasturtiums, marigolds, verbena, and blue salvia. It’s a quiet moment to experience mindfulness and reconnect with nature.

Everything comes together in a symphony of harmony. With every bite, a story unfolds of sunlight, the sea, and tranquility.

This is not merely a meal. It is truly “the art of dining and the purification of the palate.”

The meal is a traditional Okinawan hot pot, carefully prepared with fresh local ingredients and seasonal flavors to warm your heart and body.
