In this class, a teacher who has been running Kyoto cooking classes for 20 years will teach you “how to make sushi” while conveying the history of sushi and the appeal of Japanese food.

The location is a kitchen studio located 10 minutes from Kyoto Station and 5 minutes from Shijo Subway Station.

You can choose Nigiri Sushi (Basic Japanese Sushi) or Chirashi Sushi.
※Chirashi Sushi is sushi-rice topped with assorted ingredients, like seafood, egg, and vegetables.
You can taste dashi, watch a dashimaki-making demonstration, and make sushi rice and sushi.
This class includes Namafu Dengaku and Dashi soup.
Dessert is Mitarashi dumpling.
