Esperance: Nighttime Astronomy Tour at a Dark-Sky Site｜Australia

Ningaloo Stars brings its signature astronomy experiences to Esperance, Western Australia. We offer guests the opportunity to explore the southern night sky from stunning dark sky locations, where the summer skies open up to reveal a richly detailed night sky above.

Evenings unfold with laser-guided tours of the constellations and seasonal highlights, explained in clear and engaging ways for all levels of interest. Guests then look deeper through premium telescopes at planets, star clusters, nebulae, galaxies, and other objects invisible to the naked eye. With no more than five guests per telescope, everyone has time at the eyepiece.

Knowledgeable astronomy guides share traditional stories of the stars from local and world-wide cultures, set alongside contemporary science to bring fresh perspectives to the night sky. Each astronomy session is relaxed and welcoming, created to include everybody and make the night sky accessible and enjoyable.
