Guests are advised to arrive at the ferry terminal at least one hour before departure.

Weather and Ferry Cancellation Policy
Ferry schedules are subject to change due to weather, sea conditions, and operational requirements.
If ferry operations are suspended for more than 30 minutes or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, Coast Guard restrictions, safety concerns, or other official advisories, and the tour cannot proceed as scheduled, guests will be given the option to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund of the booking amount paid.

Where ferry tickets are included as part of the booked tour package, Ecotravelers will arrange and secure the required ferry tickets as part of the booking.
