## Shirakawago Light Up 2027

Shirakawago holds an annual winter-only light-up event. Strolling through the village of gassho-style buildings (unique-to-Shirakawago buildings), covered with snow and lit by warm light, you must feel like you are in another world.
Also, only the tour buses are allowed to enter the village during the event. A private car is not permitted.

## Departing from Takaoka in Toyama Prefecture.
Do you know about Takaoka? Takaoka is famous as Japan’s capital of metalwork, built upon a living legacy of master craftsmanship.
Please take this opportunity to enjoy a stroll through Takaoka.
about 2.5 hours from Tokyo by Shinkansen.
about 15 minutes from Kanazawa by Shinkansen.

## About the Meeting Place in Takaoka
There are two stations: Takaoka Station and Shin-Takaoka Station.

※Takaoka Station is served by local trains.
※Shin-Takaoka Station is served by the Shinkansen.
※Access between Shin-Takaoka Station and Takaoka Statio
JR Johana Line About 3 minutes.

The meeting place with the guide is Takaoka Station.
The bus also stops at Shin-Takaoka Station.
Since the guide will be taking the bus from Takaoka Station, if you are joining the tour from Shin-Takaoka, you will meet the guide on the bus.
Please be sure to select whether your departure is from Takaoka Station or Shin-Takaoka Station when making your reservation.

Informations d'achat

This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests together.

Please note that this is not a chartered bus, and other general passengers will also be on board

Admission to the observation deck is not included in this tour.

Since this is a winter night tour, please dress warmly for the event.

The bus will depart on schedule.

Please be sure to arrive on time.

Participants from Takaoka Station: Meeting time is 14:30 p.m.

(Bus departs at 14:50 p.m.)

Participants from Shin-Takaoka Station,
please be at the bus stop 15 minutes before the 15:05 p.m. departure.

On the way back, you will get off the bus at Takaoka Station.
If you want to move to Shin-Takaoka Station after getting off the bus, your guide will assist you.
