Spend a relaxed day exploring one of the most beautiful coastal landscapes of Crete with a private trip to Elafonisi Beach.

Your day begins with pickup from Chania and a scenic drive through the countryside of western Crete. The road passes through small villages, olive groves, and mountain landscapes, offering beautiful views along the way.

Elafonisi is known for its light pink sand and its shallow turquoise lagoon. The calm water connects the beach with a small islet, allowing visitors to walk through the warm sea and explore the area at a very gentle pace.

Once we arrive, you will have plenty of free time to enjoy the beach. You can swim, walk along the lagoon, explore the small island, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

Because this is a private experience, the day can also include optional stops along the route depending on your interests. Some guests enjoy visiting a small monastery, a cave church, or stopping at a local place to taste honey or olive oil. If you prefer, we can also stop at a traditional taverna for a relaxed Cretan lunch.

This is not simply a transfer to the beach. It is a full day experience that combines beautiful landscapes, local places, and time to enjoy Elafonisi at your own pace.

  • Know Before You Go: Visitors walk from the parking area to the beach. The path goes downhill and the return walk is uphill. The walk usually takes about 15–20 minutes.

  • Know Before You Go: Guests with reduced mobility may use the accessible path and designated parking area closer to the beach.

  • Know Before You Go: Comfortable shoes, a hat, and sunscreen are recommended.
