• The ones wishing to be thought cooking they will participate to prepare lunch under the supervision of our cook, meal and wine is offered while our Shepheard produces the cheese from the milk collected earlier called kefalotiri and mizithra. Guests participate to the procedure and help the Shepheard to prepare the cheese. They all taste as it is coming up from the cylinder.
