Know Before You Go: Upon debarkation, please take the cable car (approx. 50m from the tender dock, €10 per person, 3 min ride) to Fira town. Our NST Travel representative will meet you at the cable car exit, holding a sign with your name. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. For morning departures (10:00 AM), we recommend requesting priority disembarkation from your cruise’s Guest Relations. Santorini is a tender port – ensure you take the boat to Fira Old Port, not Athinios. Be prepared for windy weather and more than two hours of walking on cobbled, uneven ground. In Oia, expect a 10-minute walk from the bus parking area, and at the end of the tour in Fira, a 0.5-mile walk to the cable car. Long queues are common at the cable car and are beyond our responsibility. Delays may also occur due to island traffic, which is outside our control. The tour sequence may vary.
