Syvota is one of those places that stops you mid-sentence. A cluster of green islets rising from water so clear you can see the seabed from the boat — locals call it the Caribbean of Greece, and it's easy to see why. This 3-hour private cruise from Arillas Harbor puts you right in the middle of it, with your own skipper and no other groups.

Your first stop is Bella Vraka Beach — a narrow strip of white sand connecting the islet of Mourtemeno to the mainland, with shallow turquoise water on both sides. From there, the route continues to the Blue Lagoon, a natural sheltered bay of electric-blue water perfect for swimming and snorkelling. The final stop is Papanikolis Cave, a dramatic sea cave carved into the Syvota coastline, once used as a hideout by a Greek submarine during World War II.

Time permitting, your skipper can add a quick stop in Syvota village for a coffee at a waterfront café before heading back.

The cruise operates aboard our Jeanneau Cap Camarat 7.5cc — a premium 25ft vessel with a 250HP Suzuki engine, comfortable for up to 8 guests. Departures from Arillas Harbor, a 5-minute drive from Karavostasi Beach (Elix Hotel), with complimentary transfer included for Elix guests.
