Continue to the Witch Trials Memorial and hear the true story of the Salem Witch Trials. Learn about who the victims were, why and how they ended up there, and more. Explore the adjacent Burying Point cemetery, the oldest in Salem, with some of the area's earliest settlers. See the historic Peabody House, built in the 1800s by one of Salem's merchants. At Houdini Way, learn about Harry Houdini's famous escape from the town jail. Then Take a photo at the Bewitched Statue and learn how a fire at the studio helped put Salem on the map.

After a busy morning, break for lunch, explore on your own time, and pick up some souvenirs!

In the afternoon, head inside the Witch House, one of the only surviving structures associated with the Witch Trials. Learn all about the Corwin Curse that befell the family of Judge Corwin, who presided over the Trials. Then, see the historic, 1700s-era Ropes Mansion used in the filming of Hocus Pocus. Learn about the famous ghosts who haunt the building.

Stop by "America's First Red Carpet" at Hamilton Hall, a dance hall named for the founding father. Walk one of Salem's most prestigious and historic streets, Chestnut Street. Learn stories of the wealthy mansions lining the street, built from the prosperous "Old China" trade.
