Unlike traditional cooking lessons, this experience is exclusively reserved for you and your tour leader. We do not combine bookings from different groups: you will be the only guests present throughout the activity.

The experience begins with a welcome aperitif accompanied by a glass of local wine, the ideal moment to get to know each other and for us to tell you something about Apulian gastronomic culture and the origins of this famous dish that was created in Bari.

Then we'll move to the villa's kitchen where we'll prepare Spaghetti all'Assassina together, learning the techniques that make this recipe unique and unmistakable. You will be directly involved in every stage of the preparation, from toasting the spaghetti to creating the different variations that we will make during the experience.

You will discover how to achieve the characteristic crunchiness that has made this dish famous, and you will learn about interesting facts, traditions, and little secrets handed down from Puglia's culinary tradition.

Once the preparation is finished, we will move to our private Greenhouse, a charming greenhouse surrounded by the greenery of the Ostuni countryside, where you can relax and taste everything we have prepared together.
