The project:
The simplicity of tradition

This project was born out of the desire to share our small business and allow people to experience it firsthand. This program aims to promote and showcase our typical and traditional products through guided tours of our production area and targeted tastings preceded by a cooking demonstration or cooking class.
We will share the story of Aruci and the close connection with the local area, which plays a key role in selecting the ingredients that give our products their unique flavor.
After being welcomed, guests will begin the guided tour and the cooking class in our production area. After observing and participating in the production stages of our products, there will be a tasting of ARUCI products and a brunch featuring typical local products, including bread with sesame oil, pizzas, sausage, olives, cheeses, and hummus, all prepared on the spot together with the guests using local ingredients, accompanied by a selection of wines.

During the cooking class, guests will be provided with single-use hats and gloves.
