Immerse yourself in the Sicilian olive-growing tradition with an authentic experience in the heart of the Santa Ninfa area.
During this activity, you will experience the world of extra virgin olive oil first-hand, accompanied directly by those who produce it every day.
This is not a simple food tasting but a journey through history, scents, flavors, and local traditions.
The experience begins with a guided visit to the mill, during which you will discover all the stages of production: from the processing of the olives to the extraction of the oil.
Afterwards, you will take part in a semi-professional guided food tasting during which you will learn to recognize a quality oil through sight, smell, and taste; you will discover the differences between the various types of oil and the secrets to correctly pair it with food.
The experience ends with a convivial moment: a brief refreshment with a typical local dish, "pane cunsatu".
At the end of the experience, each participant will receive a small bottle of our own extra-virgin olive oil as a gift.
