Work at your own individual workstation using traditional Italian techniques passed down through generations. Roll, shape, and fill your pasta entirely by hand while discovering the secrets behind some of Italy’s most iconic recipes.
No pasta machines or pre-made dough, just authentic methods, fresh ingredients, and a true Italian culinary experience.
