- Coverage: Indonesia
- Network Speed: High-speed internet with a specified daily allowance, followed by unlimited data at a reduced speed of 512kbps. The company may further limit the speed to 128kbps based on the Fair Usage Policy. The allowance resets every 24 hours.
- Duration Calculation: The service duration starts upon successful activation at the destination, with 24 hours counted as one day.
- Calls/SMS: Data-only SIM, does not include voice calls or SMS (supports internet-based calls via WhatsApp / LINE, etc.). Not suitable for receiving SMS verification codes (OTP) from banks or ticketing platforms. Please ensure you have alternative ways to receive verification codes before departure.
- Hotspot Sharing: Supports network sharing to other devices for reasonable personal use.
- Top-up/Add-on: This product does not support top-ups or add-ons. If you need more data or additional days, please purchase a new eSIM.
- Service Expiry: Data access stops immediately after the service period ends. Unused data will expire simultaneously; no refunds, extensions, or transfers are available.
- Activation Deadline: Must be activated within 90 days from the date the eSIM QR code is issued. The exact deadline is subject to the notification sent after purchase. It must be scanned and activated by the specified date; failure to activate within the period will result in automatic expiration, and no refunds or extensions will be provided.
Purchase Notice
- Your device must be connected to a valid Wi-Fi or mobile network to install the eSIM.
- Please ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before scanning the QR code.
- If you install the eSIM in a region not covered by the plan (e.g., installing it before departure), your phone may display 'No Service', which is normal. Once installed successfully, the plan will automatically connect to the network upon arrival at your destination.
- Please enable 'Data Roaming' upon arrival. If there is no signal, try toggling 'Airplane Mode' to search for a signal again. If the product supports dual networks, you may also try manually selecting another network in your device settings.
- Each QR code can only be scanned and installed once on one device. Once installed, it is bound to that device and cannot be transferred or changed. Please confirm your device is correct before scanning.
- Do not share the QR code or installation link with others. Repeated scanning, scanning across devices, deleting the eSIM yourself, or using built-in eSIM transfer features (e.g., iPhone 'Quick Transfer') will invalidate the eSIM, and no replacement will be provided.
- This product is subject to a 'Fair Usage Policy'. During the unlimited data period after the high-speed limit is reached, network resources are allocated based on actual conditions, and speeds may be adjusted depending on network congestion.
- Actual network speeds are affected by other factors (such as location, time of use, number of users, equipment, etc.).
- Network service issues can arise from various factors. If you encounter any problems, please contact us within the service period for assistance. If a complaint is made after returning to your departure point without any record of contacting us during the service period, it may not be accepted as it cannot be verified (unless the system records confirm an issuance error).
- Once sold, this service is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except in cases where customer service confirms a system issuance error. This includes issues caused by 'incompatible/locked devices', 'installation without a stable network', 'repeated/cross-device scanning', or 'failure to activate before the expiry date'.
- If the user deletes the eSIM before the plan is finished, or deletes it without confirmation from customer service, the company will not provide a replacement or refund.
- This product is subject to the 'SIMSQ eSIM Data Service' Terms and Conditions .
