3. Seat assignment: Specific seating areas will be assigned in the order of purchase. Tickets will be distributed collectively at the ticket booth operated by the tour operator on the day of the event.
4. Food and beverage restrictions: All food and beverages are prohibited inside the venue, except for bottled water.
5. Lost and damaged ticket: Tickets cannot be reissued if they are damaged, lost, or stolen after receipt. Please keep your ticket safe.
6. Identity verification: All participants must bring their original passport to ensure smooth ticket collection.
7. The event is open to guests aged 9 and above. Guests under the age of 9 will not be admitted, regardless of whether they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
8. Required documents for ticket exchange: Original passport and reservation voucher (reservation number and QR code).
9. Tickets will be issued after identity verification. If the person presenting the ticket for admission is not the foreign purchaser whose identity was verified, admission will be denied, and no refund will be provided.

4. Upon arrival at the venue, please follow the signs and staff instructions outside the venue to collect your ticket at the ticket booth.
5. After the performance, board the bus and get off at the designated pick-up point. Information regarding the return vehicle will be provided on-site on the day of the event.
