Together with experienced professional chefs, you will prepare a creative 3-course menu step by step and learn how to take plant-based ingredients to a new level in terms of taste and craftsmanship.

You will work with seasonal, high-quality ingredients and discover how versatile vegetables can be. You will learn different cooking techniques, get a feel for textures, and learn how to build complex flavors in a targeted manner.
