Each autumn, large schools of herring enter the fjord, attracting large groups of whales that gather here to feed. This creates excellent opportunities to observe magnificent whale species such as orca (killer whale), humpback whale, and fin whale in their natural environment. Watching these powerful animals move through the fjord is a truly unforgettable Arctic nature experience.
