Informations sur le produit

Immerse yourself in the world of Dutch cheese with a hands-on workshop at a local cheesemaker's home. In a small group, learn step-by-step how traditional Dutch cheese is made — not in a factory or tourist center, but in a personal, authentic setting.

Get involved in the process, from fresh milk to curd, pressing, and shaping. The cheesemaker explains what happens, why certain steps are crucial, and how small variations affect taste and texture.

Focus on making Dutch white cheese (young, fresh, and unwaxed). At the end of the workshop, take your own homemade cheese home — a tangible reminder of what you’ve learned.

Begin with an introduction to Dutch cheese tradition and craft. Process milk into curd, learn to cut, heat, and press, and gain insight into ripening, flavor development, and variations. Taste and compare different cheeses, and take your own Dutch white cheese home.

Enjoy a relaxed pace, with plenty of room for questions, stories, and personal attention.
