Informations sur le produit

Our walk will take us past many of the 300-plus well-preserved local historical houses. The town of Cesky Krumlov was the seat of the powerful Rozmberk family. In summer season the tour
includes the entrance fee to Cesky Krumlov castle complex with château, which is the second largest in the Czech Republic after Prague Castle.

In winter season the castle is closed. We invite you to the restaurant for a 3-course lunch. Český Krumlov Castle was founded by the Vitkovec family in the first half of the 13th century. After 1302, it became the main seat of the Rozmberks. The castle was expanded several times and, in the 16th century, was rebuilt as a Renaissance château. Later, the owners, the Eggenberg and Schwarzenberg families, made some Baroque modifications. The château's chapel was also rebuilt, the masquerade hall was decorated, and a new manor theater was built. The castle's viewing tower is a nice highlight of the city.
