Kiruna: Small-Group Snowshoe Tour with Fika｜Sweden

Your experience begins at our family homestead in the Lapland countryside, where you’ll receive a short introduction to snowshoes and prepare for your journey into the Arctic wilderness.

We then head out at a relaxed pace, adjusted to both weather conditions and the group’s comfort level. Moving quietly through snow-covered forests and untouched landscapes, you’ll experience the calm stillness of the Arctic—far from crowds and noise. On clear nights, there is also a chance to witness the Northern Lights dancing across the sky.

Halfway through the tour, we reach a scenic viewpoint on a small fell. Here we take a short break to enjoy the panoramic views, breathe in the crisp Arctic air, and warm up with hot berry juice made from local berries together with traditional Swedish fika.

After the break, we continue our snowshoe journey back down through the peaceful winter forest, following quiet trails surrounded by Arctic nature.

This small-group experience is limited to a maximum of 4 guests, offering a truly personal and authentic alternative to mass tourism and crowded tours.
