Start your experience with a beer tasting session. Sample three different varieties of Belgian beer, accompanied by intriguing background information about each selection. From these, choose one beer to incorporate into your waffle batter or choose our very own tripel beer, Bak'd Blonde, which is perfectly crafted to pair with Brussels waffles.

Next, partner up at a cooking station to create your own waffle batter using the beer you selected. Be guided step by step through the waffle-making process, ensuring you master the art of crafting the perfect batter.

Finally, cook your own Brussels waffles and enjoy them with the perfect toppings (whipped cream, chocolate sauce, powdered sugar, jam, Biscoff spread), along with a paired beer. Feel free to make and savor as many waffles as you like. To top it all off, receive the recipe so you can recreate this delicious experience at home.
