Discover the traditional techniques of leatherwork with Géraldine!

This passionate craftswoman will be delighted to welcome you to her beautiful workshop.

After a short theoretical introduction, you will begin by choosing your model from several shapes: clutch, bucket bag or tote bag.

You will then select your leathers from a beautiful range of upcycled offcuts from renowned French fashion houses.

You will cut out each piece according to the patterns provided, before gradually assembling your bag.

Géraldine will explain the basics of saddle stitching to you step by step – the iconic hand stitching technique of the craft. You will learn how to pierce the leather, glue it, use the pricking irons, and then assemble the pieces using the saddle stitch, waxed linen thread, and crossed needles.

You will personalize your bag by choosing the finishes: jewelry, chain or leather shoulder strap, decorations or embossed initials.

You will leave with a unique, hand-sewn bag that is ready to accompany you every day!
