Informations sur le produit

Discover Lyon countryside, where you’ll meet the people who keep the region’s culinary traditions alive: market gardeners, poultry and cattle farmers. Go on a behind-the-scenes visit of their farms, where you’ll walk the land, hear their stories, and shop for fresh, seasonal ingredients.

For lunch, share a traditional mâchon in a historical chateau — a rustic Lyonnais-style meal once enjoyed by silk workers after their shifts. Enjoy charcuterie, local cheese, warm dishes, and wine: simple, generous, and full of local flavor.

In the afternoon, head back to Lyon’s historic center, where a private chef welcomes you into a stunning 400m² apartment kitchen. With their guidance, cook a menu inspired by the day’s harvest and infused with Lyonnais tradition. Then sit down together to enjoy your creations — paired, of course, with local wines.
