Passing on our know-how is a fundamental value for our family: sharing the traditions of the profession, revealing the uniqueness of the Étang de Thau and introducing palates to the subtlety of the taste of our oysters.
Before ending up on your plate, our oysters are aged and pampered according to a specific technique: rope suspension
