Informations sur le produit

The morning (from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM) is dedicated to discovering edible wild plants near the meeting point. The route is short, focused on exploration and food tasting on site. Picking is essential, and we will discuss the richness of the flora as well as the toxic plants to avoid. A short lunch is planned at noon (picnic not provided).
The afternoon (from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM) focuses on a cooking workshop in the heart of nature, where everyone will prepare simple recipes with the harvested plants. Practical tips and ideas for use will be shared. The workshop will conclude with a convivial food tasting of the dishes, accompanied by herbal drinks. An opportunity to interact and answer questions. Any remaining dishes can be taken away.
