Wine, Cheese & Honey Food Tasting – A unique experience at Château Palais Cardinal
Immerse yourself in the heart of the vineyard and be amazed by a unique sensory food tasting, where wine meets cheese… and honey from our own hives.

At Château Palais Cardinal, we are both winemakers and beekeepers. Our 26 hectares of vineyards, in the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Appellation, are also home to bees that forage the flowers of the estate to produce a delicate and floral honey. We share this close link between vine, terroir, and biodiversity with you through this original food tasting, designed as a true journey for the senses.

30-minute guided visit: discover the history of the Château, our work philosophy, and our production secrets. On the agenda: a walk through the vineyards, a visit to the modern stainless steel vat room, the traditional barrel cellar, and the aging amphorae.

1 hour of guided tasting: make yourself comfortable, sheltered in one of our unique spaces:
in our stylish tasting room,
at the top of our panoramic tower with 360° views of the vineyards,
or even in the middle of the rows of vines, for a truly immersive experience.
