Come to Domaine Les Teyssonnières in Gigondas for an original experience combining wine discovery and unexpected sweet pairings.

Your tour begins in the vineyards, where you will discover the terroir of the Gigondas appellation, the grape varieties cultivated, and the work carried out throughout the year to produce wines with character.

You will continue with a tour of the winemaking cellar to understand the different stages of wine production, from the reception of the grapes to the aging process. Your live guide will explain the technical choices that influence the style and identity of the estate's wines.

The tour ends in the cellar with a commented tasting of several of the estate's cuvées, accompanied by carefully selected artisanal chocolates. These wine and chocolate pairings will allow you to discover surprising combinations, playing on the contrasts between sweetness, bitterness, and aromatic intensity.

Throughout the experience, you will be accompanied by a member of the estate's team who will share their passion and expertise in a friendly atmosphere that is accessible to all.
