Informations sur le produit

Begin your adventure with a visit to Burford, often called the ‘gateway’ to the Cotswolds. Discover lines of ancient houses and shops as well as the oldest pharmacy in England, a three-arched medieval bridge, and medieval almshouses.

Next, visit Stow-on-the-Wold. With its rich medieval heritage, Stow-on-the-Wold was once a bustling center of trade and continues to bring in visitors from all over the world to see its shops, tea rooms, and antique stores. Surrounded by scenic countryside, it is the perfect place to snap a picture and enjoy charming views.

Famous for its honey-colored stone architecture, your final stop will be in the ‘Venice of the Cotswolds’, Bourton-on-the-Water. Sitting aside the River Windrush, Bourton is one of the larger villages and has plenty of attractions, including the Model Village.

Visit the Model Village to see a one-ninth-scale model of the actual village as it was in the 1930s when it was built — it’s the only Grade II listed model village in the country too. In Bourton-on-the-Water, enjoy lunch at The Old New Inn, a country inn serving British classics with seasonal and local ingredients.
