Informations sur le produit

Join Damian on his morning feeding round at Airhouses, an organic working farm in the Scottish Borders. Meet and learn about donkeys, alpacas, pigs, goats, chickens, Shetland ponies, and sheep. Enter the fields with some of the animals, help hang hay nets, and help clean up their poo ( if you want!).

Take part in a handling session with the fun-finds box, containing bones, owl pellets, and other interesting things. Watch a working sheepdog train on sheep and get up close to some raw fleece to discover how it becomes jumpers.

Take a self-guided walk around the farm to see the Highland Cow Apple and hopefully spot some Scottish wildlife, such as badgers, deer, stoats, barn owls, and hares.
