Informations sur le produit

Discover the magic of the historic cyanotype process in this hands-on masterclass, where you'll create stunning botanical prints using the experimental wet cyanotype technique. Suitable for complete beginners and anyone curious about alternative photography, this workshop offers a creative introduction to one of the oldest photographic printing methods.

Unlike traditional cyanotype, the wet process allows colors and textures to bloom unpredictably, producing beautiful blues with subtle purples, greens, and earthy tones. Every print is completely unique.

During the experience, learn how to prepare cyanotype paper, arrange botanical specimens, apply the wet technique using natural ingredients, expose your artwork to UV light or sunlight, and develop your finished prints through washing. Gain an understanding of the history of cyanotype and practical tips for continuing the process at home.

By the end of the session, take home a collection of your own original botanical cyanotype artworks, along with the knowledge and confidence to continue exploring this fascinating photographic process.

This experience is suitable for beginners, families, and creative enthusiasts aged 9 years and over. No previous artistic experience is required, and all materials are provided.
