Join us on a storytelling adventure rich in visuals, aromas and sensory surprises. Your whisky and culinary adventure begins with a guided tour and tutored Scotch whisky tasting across Scotland’s five whisky regions.

Discover the origins of Scotch whisky, the art of blending, and the magic of maturation, seen like never before, from inside the cask itself. Delve into the history and alchemy of creating the perfect blend and discover each region’s unique aromas and flavors, as you sample five contrasting regional single malt whiskies.

Enjoy an extended private viewing of the world’s most famous Scotch whisky collection, considered one of the seven wonders of the Scotch whisky world, with almost 3,500 individual bottles dating from 1897.

The collection includes one of the world’s rarest bottles of Johnnie Walker, featuring the top hatted icon walking the wrong direction; Royal Jubilee commemorative editions; the world’s smallest bottle; and a breathtaking display of Macallan, Dewar’s and Chivas, alongside golf, chess and Scottie dog bottle designs found nowhere else in the world. And of course, the mysterious Lady in Red!

After the tour, you'll be seated, in your individual bookings, in our multi-award-winning Amber Restaurant for our signature three-course/seven-dish Taste of Scotland menu, comprising a trio of starters, a trio of mains, and dessert matched with a dram of Scotch whisky, followed by tea or coffee.
