Whether sparkling wine from Henkell Freixenet or fine wines from France and Germany – your palate will be pampered here. Also available in non-alcoholic versions on request – elegant and enjoyable. The cheese shop "Edelpilz" by Marcella Schaefer from Eltville brings fine surprises such as cheese with wildflowers – simply brilliant!

We start with an impressive guided tour of Henkell Castle and then head to the sparkling wine manufactory for an exciting journey through delicious combinations of cheese, sparkling wine and wine.
