Informations sur le produit

In this approximately two-hour workshop, you will make your own cheese. In teams of two, you will work at a kettle – with fresh milk and all the necessary tools. A cheesemaker will be there to assist you and provide background knowledge.
During the production, you will learn how cheese culture originated in Europe during the breaks and taste some of the most important types of cheese. At the end, you will finish the class in a convivial atmosphere.
You then take your homemade cheese home with you. It is not intended for maturing, but tastes best fresh – plain, with herbs, in a salad, or fried.

Note on operation: This workshop requires a minimum of 8 participants to operate. If this number is not reached and the session has to be canceled, you will of course receive a full refund of the ticket price.
