Day 1: Arrival in Addis Ababa
Arrive in Addis Ababa, where you’ll be warmly welcomed by your guide. After a brief rest at your hotel, begin your discovery of Ethiopia’s capital with a city tour. Visit the National Museum, home to the famous fossil Lucy, and enjoy panoramic views from Mount Entoto. Overnight: chechinn Hotel, Addis Ababa

Day 2: Addis Ababa – Fly to Dire Dawa – Drive to Harar
Take a morning flight to Dire Dawa (approx. 1 hour), then drive to the ancient city of Harar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore Harar Jugol, the old walled city featuring 37 mosques, 82 shrines, and lively markets. In the evening, experience the famous Hyena Man feeding ritual. Overnight: Wenta Hotel, Harar

Day 3: Harar – Drive to Awash National Park
After breakfast, depart for Awash National Park (6–7 hours' drive). Renowned for its wildlife and scenic beauty, the park is home to warthogs, antelopes, buffaloes, and over 400 bird species. Visit the Awash Falls and hot springs and enjoy a late afternoon game drive. Overnight: Doho Lodge and Hot springs.

Day 4: Awash National Park Exploration
Spend a full day in Awash National Park. Enjoy both morning and afternoon game drives to see giraffes, monkeys, and zebras. Visit the Awash River Gorge and take a nature walk to the nearby hot springs for relaxation.

Day 5: Awash – Drive to Bale Mountains
After breakfast, drive to the Bale Mountains (approx. 7–8 hours), famed for their high-altitude landscapes and unique ecosystems. Upon arrival, check in and enjoy the alpine atmosphere. Overnight: Wabi Sebele Hotel, Goba

Day 6: Bale Mountains National Park Exploration
Explore Bale Mountains National Park, home to the endemic Ethiopian wolf, Bale monkey, and mountain nyala. Hike across the Sanetti Plateau, taking in the vast alpine meadows and rugged beauty of this high-altitude terrain. Overnight: Wabe Shabelle Hotel.

Day 7: Excursion to Harenna Forest
Venture into the misty Harenna Forest, one of Ethiopia’s largest and most biodiverse forests. Look for baboons, endemic birds, and enjoy the lush scenery. Return to your lodge in the afternoon to relax.

Day 8: Return to Addis Ababa & Departure
