At our Huachi Chocolate Museum, you'll learn about the history of cocoa in Ecuador and its transformation process. You can also enjoy a delicious foamy chocolate that will delight your palate, accompanied by the traditional Bizcochos de Cayambe in our cafe. You'll learn up close about the process of selecting, roasting, shelling, and grinding the beans, and then you'll be able to create your own handmade chocolate bar that you can take home and enjoy with your family or friends.
