Follow the cacao-making process step by step and taste how its flavor and aroma transform through different stages, including fermentation, drying, roasting, and grinding. Then take part in the process yourself.

Grind roasted cacao by hand using a traditional stone metate and experience a technique that has been used for generations. Learn about the traditions, stories, and cultural practices surrounding cacao while turning the beans into chocolate.

Finish the experience by preparing and enjoying your own freshly made chocolate drink.
