Product Info

This highly exclusive sightseeing tour invites you to discover one of the most extraordinary places in the far south: the King Penguin Nature Reserve, in an experience designed only for small groups.

The day begins with a personalized pick-up at your accommodation in Ushuaia, from where we head to the north of the island along National Route No. 3. Very soon we'll enter the Valle Carbajal and the Valle Tierra Mayor, surrounded by mountains, peat bogs, and Fuegian forests, with panoramic stops to enjoy and photograph the landscape. The road continues to the crossing of the Fueguina Mountain Range via the Paso Garibaldi, one of the most impressive points of the route, from where you get a privileged view of Escondido Lake. Later on, we'll skirt the immense Lake Fagnano, one of the largest on the island.

As we move forward, the landscape transforms: from the mountainous and wooded surroundings, we pass to the ecotone, where the forest begins to open up, and finally to the Fuegian steppe, wide, silent, and with infinite horizons. We'll pass through the town of Tolhuin, with time for a break, and continue to Rio Grande, before heading to the San Sebastián Border Crossing, where we'll complete the necessary procedures to enter Chilean territory.

The tour culminates at the King Penguin Nature Reserve, home to the only colony of this species in South America that can be visited by land. Here you'll enjoy a private and exclusive, respectful, and carefully organized viewing experience that lets you observe these elegant penguins — the second largest in the world — in their natural environment, in complete tranquility and without crowds.

After the visit, we begin the drop-off to Ushuaia, completing a unique experience that combines exceptional wildlife, changing landscapes, and premium service, designed for those looking to experience the End of the World in an authentic, comfortable, and truly unforgettable way.
