Immerse yourself in 3,000 years of Mediterranean history at the Bardo National Museum, one of the world's most important archaeological museums and home to the largest collection of Roman mosaics still in situ. Housed in a former 19th-century beylical palace, the museum traces the Punic, Roman, Early Christian and Islamic civilizations that succeeded one another in Tunisia.
Your ONTT-certified guide will take you through the iconic rooms: the Carthage Room, the Dougga Room with its famous Virgil mosaic, the Sousse Room with its seascape mosaics, and the Uthina and Utica collections. You will be picked up directly from your hotel or accommodation in Tunis in a private air-conditioned vehicle, for an experience without any logistical hassle.
