If Nabegataki Falls Park issues a notice prohibiting entry due to rising river levels or other conditions, the itinerary and attraction arrangements will be adjusted accordingly for safety reasons. In the event of delays caused by accidents, traffic congestion, weather, or other unforeseen factors that may affect subsequent itinerary items or the passenger's own travel, accommodation, or other arrangements, no compensation can be provided for any resulting losses or additional expenses.
If a passenger fails to arrive as scheduled, leaves the tour midway, or voluntarily abandons part of the itinerary due to personal reasons, it will be considered a voluntary waiver of the unfinished portion, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
