Depart from Osaka on Day 1 for a 2-day, 1-night journey deep into the Kii Peninsula. Step into the World Heritage-listed Kumano Kodo and experience the nature-based faith and pilgrimage culture that has endured for over a millennium in Japan.

Head to Kumano Hongu Taisha, one of the three grand shrines of Kumano, and visit the Oyunohara Great Torii. Then, proceed to the iconic 'Daimon-zaka' section of the Kumano Kodo, walking along the ancient stone path through a cedar forest to experience the route taken by pilgrims of the past. Afterward, visit Kumano Nachi Taisha and admire the 133-meter-high Nachi Falls. At the end of the day, check in to the Kamenoi Hotel Nachi-Katsuura, a seaside hot spring hotel. Enjoy a hot spring bath to soothe your fatigue from the hike and have dinner at the hotel. If the hotel is fully booked, you will be accommodated in a hotel of the same grade. Room type: This package is based on double occupancy, providing twin or double rooms. Actual room types are subject to availability on the day. Please confirm the number of guests and room requirements when booking.

On Day 2, head to Nanki Shirahama to visit iconic coastal landmarks such as Sandanbeki, Senjojiki, Engetsu Island, and Shirarahama Beach. At noon, visit the popular Toretore Market, where you can freely enjoy fresh seafood and local Wakayama delicacies. After finishing the Shirahama tour in the afternoon, take a chartered bus back to Osaka. The tour concludes at approximately 19:30 at the entrance of the National Bunraku Theatre, near Exit 7 of Nippombashi Station in Osaka.
