Please ensure that the phone number/APP contact information you provided is reachable during your trip to Japan. If you are unable to join the tour due to being unreachable, late, or other reasons, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

Vehicle type: Arranged based on the number of participants. For small groups, the driver will also serve as the tour assistant throughout the trip; no separate tour leader or guide will be provided. Some drivers may use translation software to communicate with travelers. Please note this before booking. This is a shared tour, and you will be traveling with other passengers. Please strictly adhere to the stay duration at each attraction and cooperate with the tour leader or driver. Small groups of 7–14 people will have a driver-guide who does not accompany guests into attractions; bus tours of 15–49 people will have a dedicated tour guide. Actual arrangements will be adjusted based on the number of participants on the day.

This tour includes complimentary admission to Ryujin Suspension Bridge; the value of this ticket is not included in the tour price. If the visit cannot be completed due to weather conditions, traffic restrictions, temporary closure of the attraction, government announcements, force majeure, adjustments made by the travel agency based on actual circumstances, or if the passenger chooses to forgo the visit for personal reasons, the complimentary item will be considered forfeited. No refunds, cash equivalents, or other forms of compensation will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.

If the tour is cancelled due to force majeure (including natural disasters, war, strikes, government orders, mechanical failure, traffic accidents, etc., beyond our control) before departure, we will provide a full refund of the tour fee. If the tour is interrupted on the day of departure or during the trip due to the above reasons, the remaining tour fee will be refunded after deducting actual expenses incurred. No additional compensation will be provided in such cases, and any other losses or additional expenses incurred must be borne by the traveler. Arrival times may be delayed due to traffic, weather, or other objective factors, especially during holidays when traffic congestion is common. We will flexibly adjust the itinerary based on actual conditions, and the return time may be later than expected. If you have a night flight or subsequent plans on the same day, we recommend leaving ample time to avoid any impact on your schedule. No refunds or compensation will be provided for delays. Travelers with flights to catch are advised to carefully evaluate their plans before booking.

Buses are assigned one seat per person to ensure comfort and safety; seat selection is not available. Depending on the bookings, you may be seated next to a passenger of a different gender. Please understand. According to local Japanese regulations, children aged 3 and older must occupy a seat and are charged the same rate as adults. If you are traveling with children, please inform customer service when booking. If not informed in advance and the relevant fees are not paid, the guide has the right to refuse entry to the child and their parent if the vehicle becomes overloaded, in order to comply with local regulations and ensure the safety of all passengers. In such cases, we assume no responsibility, and no refunds will be provided for fees already paid. Any additional losses must be borne by the traveler.

Minors under 18 and children must be accompanied by an adult with full civil capacity. Travelers aged 70 and older are recommended to be accompanied by family or friends and must sign a disclaimer on the day of departure. To ensure your safety and the rights of other group members, if you have chronic illnesses, limited mobility, or other special health conditions, please inform us proactively and truthfully when booking so that we can make necessary arrangements and provide assistance. Any costs incurred due to personal needs for special assistance must be borne by the traveler.

Please inform us in advance if you are bringing multiple pieces of luggage or large items. Each passenger is limited to one suitcase.

The return time is for reference only. Actual arrival times may be earlier due to smooth traffic or later due to traffic conditions or other force majeure. Due to traffic, the tour may experience congestion, causing the driver's working hours to exceed the limit. In such cases, to comply with regulations, the tour will end at the nearest location, either Shinjuku or Tokyo Station, and will not continue to the other stop.
