Day 1
- Arrive at Calgary International Airport (YYC). Upon arrival, please take the hotel shuttle on your own. Based on your flight arrival time, our company will coordinate the hotel shuttle in advance and provide you with the hotel information, confirmation number, and shuttle arrangements. The shuttle operates from 08:30 to 22:30 (departing on the half-hour, once per hour). Hotel check-in is available after 15:00.
- After arriving at the Calgary International Airport (YYC) terminal, please follow these steps to reach the boarding point: Disembark → Proceed to the baggage claim area → Arrive at the arrivals level → Head to Door 4 → Exit the terminal → Locate Bay 16/17 → Wait for the hotel shuttle bus at Bay 16/17.
- Guests with similar flight arrival times will be scheduled on the same shuttle. Please be aware that this may result in a short wait at the airport; we appreciate your understanding.
- The last hotel shuttle bus departs at 22:30. If you miss this, please make your own way to the hotel.
- Reference hotels: Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel & Conference Centre; DoubleTree by Hilton Calgary North; Holiday Inn Calgary-Airport by IHG; Hotel Clique and Applause Hotel; or equivalent.
Day 2
Calgary → Kootenay National Park → Marble Canyon (45 minutes) → Lake Louise (90 minutes, optional activities at your own expense: Snowshoeing / Lake Louise Sleigh Ride / Lake Louise Afternoon Tea) → Yoho National Park → Natural Bridge (15 minutes) → Emerald Lake (20 minutes) → Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.
Day 3
Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise → Bow Falls + Surprise Corner (30 minutes) → Banff Sulphur Mountain Gondola (Mandatory activity, 90 minutes) → Banff Town (120 minutes, optional lunch and activities at your own expense: Banff Upper Hot Springs / Banff Sleigh Ride) → Fairmont Banff Springs.
Day 4
No itinerary scheduled.
- You may choose to depart the tour on your own.
- Alternatively, take the complimentary Banff-Calgary shuttle departing at 16:45. Pickup point: Elk + Avenue Hotel; 333 Banff Ave, Banff, AB T1L 1B1, Canada.

Availability at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and Fairmont Banff Springs is limited. If there is no vacancy, an equivalent hotel will be arranged, subject to actual availability.

Horse-Drawn Sleigh Ride Details: 1. The sleigh ride lasts for 45 minutes. Please dress appropriately for the weather and stay warm. 2. A separate seat is not guaranteed for children aged 3 and under; they may need to be held by an accompanying adult. 3. The activity starts promptly. Please arrive at the service desk (lobby on the first floor of the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise) 30 minutes before the activity begins to check in. 4. It is recommended to purchase at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability. This activity requires secondary confirmation. 5. To cancel and receive a full refund, please submit your request at least 6 days in advance. To change your booking date, please submit your request at least 48 hours in advance, and a rescheduling fee of USD$25.00/CAD$30.00 will apply. 6. If you fail to check in on time or do not show up for the activity, no refunds will be issued and the booking cannot be rescheduled. 7. This activity may be cancelled by the operator for safety reasons (e.g., trail maintenance, ice and snow conditions, temperatures below -30°C, etc.). In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided.
Snowshoeing, activity period: 10/16-5/31. Availability cannot be guaranteed for on-site payments; Please provide your shoe size (US size) when booking. If the corresponding equipment is unavailable, the tour guide will arrange a refund; For safety reasons, this activity is subject to weather and lake ice conditions. If the activity cannot proceed due to force majeure, the tour guide will arrange a refund on-site.
Banff Upper Hot Springs: 1. Coin-operated lockers are available on-site. Please bring your own coins ($2 CAD denomination) if you need to use them. 2. Swimwear and towel rentals are available at the attraction. Fees and usage rules are managed by the attraction itself; guests may choose whether or not to rent them based on personal needs. 3. If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, are pregnant, or are feeling unwell, please decide whether to participate in the hot spring activity based on your own condition and medical advice.
Purchase Notice
- Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour; minors or children traveling alone are not permitted. For the safety of pregnant guests, those who are no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the tour are welcome to join.
- Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete information when booking, including your name, gender, and a valid contact method (a mobile phone number is preferred for urgent notifications) to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You will be responsible for any losses incurred due to incorrect information provided by you.
- Hotels offer various room types, such as a room with one King/Queen bed or a room with two Double beds. The maximum occupancy for each room is 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. As required by some hotels, each group of guests must carry at least one credit or debit card valid at the destination to cover incidental deposits and check-in procedures according to the hotel's specific policies. If there are no personal charges, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after check-out.
- Guests must purchase admission tickets from the tour guide; bringing your own tickets or using a City Pass is not permitted.
- During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the order of sightseeing, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the smooth operation of the itinerary.
- In the event that an attraction is temporarily closed or closed due to holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include exterior views or substitute other attractions based on the actual situation to ensure the richness of the tour. Please understand that this is considered a force majeure event.
- Children under the age of eight are required to use a safety seat when joining the tour. Rental services are available at a cost of USD$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking your trip so we can prepare in advance. Any violations or fines resulting from a failure to notify us in advance will be the responsibility of the guest. Please understand. If a large bus is arranged for the day of travel, a safety seat is not required, and the fee will be refunded to the guest.
- Many tourist attractions on the itinerary require participants to be in basic good health.
- If you are unable to join the tour or withdraw from any part of the itinerary due to personal reasons (such as lack of travel documents, flight delays, lateness, illness, accidents, etc.), the tour fees and accommodation costs already paid will not be refunded, and no other compensation will be provided.
- According to relevant laws, smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour, and smoking is also prohibited in the vast majority of hotel rooms. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel are equipped to professionally document evidence. Once discovered, a cleaning fee of CAD$300 or more per night will be charged. This fee is the responsibility of the guest, and our company will not be held liable. If you need to smoke, please use designated smoking areas.
- Pets and animals are not allowed on the tour under any circumstances.
