The age limit for this tour is 65. We are unable to accept bookings for those exceeding this age.

Child price: Includes seat fee, kang bed fee in Snow Town (must share with a parent of the same gender), 3 hours of beginner skiing in Yabuli (skis, ski boots, ski poles), complimentary items, half-meal fee, and service fee; does not include Yabuli room bed fee, or entrance tickets and entertainment items other than the complimentary items and ski tickets.

This is a seasonal product heavily influenced by weather. If roads are closed due to weather on the day of departure, we will contact you immediately to discuss adjusting the travel method or changing the travel date.

Travelers aged 60 or above must be accompanied by at least one adult relative or friend and sign a 'Health Commitment Form'. We do not accept bookings from individuals with infectious diseases, a history of heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, mental illness, or pregnant women. We appreciate your understanding.

The default ski resort is Sunshine Ski Resort, but this may be adjusted based on the resort's opening status and visitor numbers on the day.

If weather conditions such as heavy snow affect vehicle travel, priority will be given to switching to a regular train for the round trip (approximately 3 hours one way), and travelers do not need to pay the price difference. It is common for roads in Northeast China to be closed due to heavy snow in winter; in such cases, please be sure to provide a photo of your passport's information page and complete details in advance so that we can book tickets on your behalf. We appreciate your understanding! If travelers do not wish to accept this or if tickets are unavailable at the time of booking, the tour will be cancelled with a full refund.

Please arrive at the meeting point at the time agreed upon by the tour staff. Please do not be late to avoid delaying the itinerary for yourself and other travelers.

All scenic areas require the presentation of original ID cards, passports, or Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents/Taiwan Residents for entry. Please be sure to carry the documents registered at the time of booking. Travelers must provide correct registration information (name, ID number, etc.) to avoid unnecessary losses.

If you qualify for the current free admission policy of a scenic area, the ticket refund will not be based on the scenic area's listed ticket price, but will be processed according to the travel agency's group discount policy.

Farmhouse homestays feature traditional 'kang' beds, typically in 4-6 person rooms. Men and women are separated, and guests will share rooms with others of the same gender. Disposable toiletries are not provided, so please bring your own.

For single travelers in the Snow Town section, we will do our best to arrange room sharing with other travelers in the group. If room sharing cannot be arranged, a single room supplement must be paid temporarily (depending on the low/peak season, the cost is approximately 150-600); if a traveler chooses not to share a room, they must pay the single room supplement.

Yabuli Standard Double Room single supplement explanation: The room type is a Standard Double Room for two adults, with one bed allocated to each adult. If the number of travelers in a party is odd, the extra single person must purchase a single room supplement.

Scenic areas measure children's height based on their height with shoes on, not their actual height. Please keep this in mind when booking. If the height measured on-site exceeds the limit for discounted tickets, you will need to purchase a ticket on-site. The on-site ticket purchasing process is complicated and may affect the overall progress of the group tour. We appreciate your understanding.

The return time may be delayed due to weather, so please do not book other itineraries on the day of your return.

Transportation costs to the meeting point, transportation costs back to the hotel after the tour ends, or small transportation costs back to the hotel or airport after arriving at the train station due to road closures caused by heavy snow, are at your own expense.

The agency will not be responsible for any losses arising from force majeure factors (such as boat schedules, weather, flight issues, etc.).

Clothing: During winter travel in Northeast China, temperatures in cities along the way are low, ranging from 0°C to -20°C, and can reach below -30°C in some areas. The temperature difference between indoors and outdoors is significant, so it is recommended to choose loose-fitting clothing that is easy to put on and take off. The climate in the Northeast is dry, and both indoors and tour vehicles are heated, so you will not feel too cold. A down jacket, sweater, and thermal underwear are generally sufficient, except at ski resorts. Keeping your feet warm is particularly important; it is recommended to prepare a pair of thick-soled, non-slip wool boots. You may choose a size slightly larger than usual to accommodate extra thermal insoles or thick socks. Also, wear lightweight, warm gloves, a scarf, and a warm hat or earmuffs. If you want to take great photos, you can prepare several hats in different styles and colors, which can also be swapped with fellow travelers. If it is inconvenient to carry them, you can purchase affordable, high-quality cold-weather gear at your first stop in the Northeast, where there is a wide variety of materials and types available.

Alpine Skiing: Skiing is an exciting experience, but it carries risks for beginners who are not well-prepared. Please assess your own condition and act within your limits. Skiing consumes a lot of energy; it is recommended to replenish chocolate and water before skiing. Be sure to warm up your joints and stretch before skiing. When walking on icy or snowy ground, keep your knees slightly bent and your center of gravity forward to reduce the chance of slipping. Read the ski resort's guidelines carefully before skiing, understand the relevant regulations, and learn basic techniques from an instructor. During skiing, please follow the staff's instructions and do not enter forests or advanced ski slopes without authorization. Skiing activities in the itinerary are mostly located in forest areas; travelers must be careful about fire prevention, and smoking in the wild is strictly prohibited.

Eye Protection: Snow is deep in the north during winter, and the reflection from the snow is strong. Be sure to wear sunglasses when going out to protect your eyes and prevent snow blindness caused by sunlight reflecting off the snow.

Private vendors often follow visitors at scenic area entrances and inside the parks to sell goods. The quality of these products varies, so please be cautious when purchasing and remember to ask for a receipt. Do not easily trust mobile vendors along the road or promotions at supermarkets along the way to avoid unnecessary consumption losses. If you shop in these places, it is entirely your own personal behavior and has nothing to do with the travel agency.

Please keep your personal belongings safe. Carry your ID documents and valuables with you at all times; do not leave them in the care of others or leave them on the vehicle or in your room. The travel agency will not be responsible for any losses. During free time, please be sure to pay attention to your personal safety and the security of your belongings.

During the tour, do not linger too long in scenic spots or shopping areas, which may cause you to fall behind or cause delays. Please cooperate with the tour leader's arrangements, arrive at the designated meeting point on time, and do not wander off alone to avoid delaying the overall itinerary.
