Next, visit Farhat Bakhsh, meaning “Bestower of Delight.” Built by Nawab Saadat Ali Khan, it stands on the banks of the Gomti River and reflects the grandeur of Awadhi royal life.

Continue to Jarnail Kothi, a colonial-era building once used by the British generals. It gives insight into the strategic and administrative setup during British rule.

Proceed to Lal Baradari, the “Red Pavilion,” which served as the coronation hall for Nawab Wajid Ali Shah. Its red stone structure and intricate interiors reflect royal opulence.

Next, visit Gulistan-e-Eram, meaning “Garden of Paradise.” It was a pleasure garden and palace complex that once echoed with music and poetry under the Nawabi era.
