[Bohol] Dynamic Sunset Starlight Night Fishing Tour (Sunset, Squid, Dinner Included)

• The minimum number of participants for a join-in tour is 2.
• If there are not enough participants for the join-in tour, we will notify you individually 2-3 days before the tour.
• If the tour is cancelled due to a lack of participants, a 100% full refund will be provided.
• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory, and please avoid individual activities in areas without lifeguards.
• The tour will proceed even in most cases of rain.
• Drinking alcohol during the tour is not permitted. 
• You will be notified separately if any additional charges occur.
  
• The tour may be cancelled due to natural disasters; if the tour cannot proceed, we will notify you individually. 
• Partial refunds are not available if the tour duration is shortened or the itinerary is changed due to reasons such as natural disasters.
  
• If the rain stops after a squall, the tour will resume. Please understand that this may be communicated suddenly before the meeting time on the day of use.
• If you are not at the designated pickup time and location, or if you are more than 5 minutes late, you may be unable to use the service.
  
• Lost items during the tour are not stored separately and are difficult to recover, so please take good care of your personal belongings. 
• Please ensure you purchase travel insurance individually. 
• We are not responsible for accidents caused by your own health conditions (such as pre-existing illnesses) or your own negligence.
  
• In case of injury due to personal negligence, it will be handled through your travel insurance; please keep the receipts for any local medical treatment. 
• We are responsible for providing information for this independent travel product, and the actual tour is operated by a local company.

* Requests received after operating hours will be processed based on the next business day.
