Purchase Notice

1. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for smooth proceedings.

2. Attire and Preparations

  • Please refrain from facial procedures that change skin color before diagnosis.
  • Please visit us for light and natural daily makeup.
  • Please avoid hoodies or high-necked clothing that may interfere with draping. We recommend wearing a basic round-neck T-shirt.

3. Up to one accompanying person is allowed in addition to the reservation holder.

4. Refund | Change | No-Show Policy

  • If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, you will be considered a no-show, and a refund of the payment or the program cannot proceed.
  • A full refund will be provided if you cancel up to 3 days prior to the visit date.
  • Changes are allowed only once up to 3 days prior to the visit date. (Cancellations are not possible after the first change.)
  • Schedule changes due to weather or flight schedules are also possible up to 3 days prior to the visit date.
