Children's and infant travel fares are the same as adult fares. (Same as adult fares) Children under 3 years old must sit on an adult's lap in the fireworks viewing area and on the bus.
Seating is assigned, and seating arrangements will be left to our discretion. We cannot accommodate seating requests. Please note that even within the same group, seats may be separated.
The use of camera tripods is prohibited. Please note that some seats may have obstructions such as trees and fences that obstruct the view of lower-altitude fireworks. In case of rain, the use of umbrellas is prohibited inside the venue. Please bring a raincoat or similar. Eating and drinking are permitted in the viewing area.
The fireworks display will be canceled and will not be postponed if safety cannot be ensured due to bad weather, strong winds, etc. The fireworks display may be canceled even after you have gathered at the meeting place. In that case, the tour fee will be refunded. However, there will be no refund if the fireworks display is canceled after it has started. You may be notified of the cancellation after you have gathered at the meeting place or after the tour has departed. In the unlikely event that the fireworks display is canceled after departure due to sudden heavy rain, etc., there will be no alternative arrangements. We will return to the destination as is. In any case, transportation costs to the meeting place will be borne by the customer. Please understand this in advance. The fireworks display may be canceled or its content changed at the request of the national or local government.
The expected return time is between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM. Due to the fireworks display, traffic congestion is expected. Please note that if your return time is delayed and you cannot make it in time for public transportation, you will be responsible for taxi fares and accommodation costs.
We anticipate that some customers will be accompanied by assistance dogs such as guide dogs. If you have any animal allergies, please be sure to inform us when you register.
We are unable to accommodate requests for specific bus seats. Please understand that seat assignments will be left to our discretion. Also, please refrain from using reclining seats on this tour.
