Moulin Rouge! is adapted from the classic film "Moulin Rouge" by Oscar-winning director Baz Luhrmann. Set against the backdrop of the legendary Moulin Rouge nightclub in Montmartre, Paris, at the end of the 19th century, the story depicts the romantic love between young writer Christian and dazzling cabaret dancer Satine, a love that transcends class and reality.
