If your guide is not at your pick up location on the dot, please do not panic, they will be on their way and we just ask you to be patient.
No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.
Bring swimwear, towel, sunscreen and hat if you plan to swim.
Carry cash or card for optional purchases such as ice-cream.
Bring a refillable water bottle.
